# Yahdare

> Yahdare (يهدر) is an AI sales assistant for Algerian businesses that sell on social media. It answers customers on Instagram, Facebook Messenger and WhatsApp in Darija (in Arabic or Latin letters), Arabic, French and English, checks stock, and takes and confirms orders, day and night.

## What it does

- Answers customer messages on Instagram, Facebook Messenger and WhatsApp.
- Understands Darija written in Arabic or Latin letters (for example "ch7al", "3andek"), Arabic, French and English.
- Understands customer voice notes, and recognises product photos and screenshots.
- Checks stock, and takes and confirms orders.
- Sends confirmed orders to the courier: Yalidine, Yalitec, Maystro and the couriers on the EcoTrack platform.
- Hands a conversation to the seller whenever it needs a person; the seller can take over any conversation from the inbox.

## What it does not do

- Telegram is not supported.
- The merchant mobile app is not released yet.

### Does it really understand Darija?

Yes. Darija in Arabic or Latin letters (ch7al, 3andek), Arabic, French and English. It understands voice notes and photos too.

### Can I answer myself whenever I want?

Yes. Take over any conversation from the inbox. Yahdare hands you the ones that need you on its own.

### What happens after 7 days?

Nothing is charged automatically. The trial needs no card, and then you pick the plan you want.

### Does it send orders to the courier?

Yes. When you confirm an order, the parcel is filed with your courier: Yalidine, Yalitec, Maystro or one of the couriers on EcoTrack.

### Which platforms does it work on?

Instagram, Facebook Messenger and WhatsApp. The mobile app is coming soon.
